I bought the pizza dough kit from Costco, just because I get lazy, but I think I want this for tomorrow night.

(I notice I copy off you a lot)
The pizza had sun dried tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and feta cheese.

Tomorrow night, back to cooking healthy, spiralized zucchini with shrimp, kinda boring!

Ugh I'm so annoyed!! The meat I pulled out for tacos went bad. So instead I'm making the bbq chicken I was going to make tomorrow night. So it will be bbq chicken legs with corn and green beans.

We had a taste for something on the grill for dinner, so we decided on homemade vegan burgers, potato packets with garlic and onion, and steamed broccoli with white balsamic vinegar. The whole grain burger buns were homemade as well. Here's my burger with dijon mustard, catsup, and pickled jalapeno. Vino of the night was a glass of Italian barbera.

Looks delicious!

I had leftovers. Rice and beans and curry goat. I also had some Wegmans' macaroni salad, which was as good as I thought it would be given Wegmans' track record. Some soft baked chocolate chip cookies afterward. I usually don't have much of a sweet tooth, so this was a treat for me tonight.
