Green salad with asparagus, surimi, bleu cheese and sunflower seeds. Ice cream and strawberries for dessert.
I had some strawberries last night before bed. They were deep crimson, sweet and juicy. It's easy over the winter to forget how very good a strawberry can be this time of year.
I am attempting gyro meat, in naan, with lettuce, tomato and tzatiki, a side of quinoa dolmas from a can (TJs).
