Turkey breast sale .99, bought a couple. Love having turkey in the fridge for a few days. It takes the guess work, out of planing meals. Today, turkey dinner, then, sandwiches, and salads.

Tonight, an early dinner -- butter chicken curry (um, by my friends the Pataks ) with onion and spinach plus a slice of homemade naan from the easy recipe Alm posted a few months ago. Everything was delicious (as well as being a bit more healthful than, say, onion rings! ).

Hubby says let’s use up some tuna. I did 2 apiece (small tins in water) combining mayos. DH had maybe just a few squeezes extra of our newly found Kraft ioli with chipotle. Set in fridge for an hour. When came time for dinner, microwaved our bread (me - pita; other half had one of his ciabatta). Diced a tomato and small sweet onion as add ins. Added baby spinach and sliced cheeses. Very tasty. Snapple Apple drink - some. Water on the side.

I am more than stuffed now.

Bagged kale salad topped with dried cranberries and
pecans with honey mustard dressing.

Premade macaroni salad from the deli section.

Kettle cooked potato chips and water to wash down.

Yesterday I dined on the entire box of fancy butter
croissants that I splurged almost 5 bucks on.

They were delicious!
