I assembled a baked ziti with sausage casserole before i left for work this morning. I just threw it in the oven when I got home. The family seemed to like it.
Craving stir fry, but the only meat I have that is appropriate is prime stew meat, which I've never done before. Will velvet, needle and pound it and cross my fingers. Sugar snap peas, bok choy, carrot, celery whatever else I find in fridge.
