Today we will be having left over pork loin, mashed potatoes and I have to admit they are from a package, but I do add extra butter and cheese. I am also making my new favorite salad: it is a broccoli salad. I have always love broccoli or broccoli/cauliflower salad but this one is the best of all I think.

We love broccoli too. I make it cold, with lemon juice, and garlic.....parboiled.....crisp. Would love your recipe!

I'm making some potato salad to go with leftover frittata from last night. Also raw carrot slices.

Tonight we are going to a local wine bar for dinner, so not sure what is on their menu, but it will be fun to eat out.

I think I posted pizza a bit ago, and then never made it, so tonight will be a quick grilled "cheat" pizza. I've got crust pre-frozen in the freezer, throw on some toppings and done.

I'm in project mode recaulking windows and such, I want something easy.
