LOL yes the dog will get the rest of mine that was cooked last night and I'll cook the remaining one another time for him to have.

Tonight, I unfroze the remaining Honey Baked Ham from Xmas and some simple sides.

Our dinner this evening was vegan InstantPot baked beans sweet and hot with molasses and a jalapeno, a salad with oil-free Italian vinaigrette and homemade vegan Italian sausages. Outstanding!
Shared a bottle of zinfandel vino as well!

Ground beef and potato hash, brussel sprouts, and fresh tomato. Long ago the hash was declared to be "Red Flannel Hash" when it was doused with ketchup by the Late, Great, CD's own LaceyEx. She is sorely missed and as I'm dousing mine with ketchup I always think of her.

last night was pork chops and steamed asparagus with strawberries for dessert. Heading off to the farmer's market this morning, and will probably get more asparagus -- love it so much when it's fresh and local -- and I've got some salmon thawing. Plus more strawberries.

Saffron risotto, grilled chicken breasts maybe wrapped in stretched bacon and some garden Spring onions tucked into it. Rabbit food. Phillip non bake cheese cake without crust in portion glasses should make SO very happy. One cup straight sided canning jars and screw lids work great and it actually freezes well. A piece of Parmesan for me and I will share a sliced apple if he finds a silly movie. What tops Beastmaster?
