I’ve got some ground turkey thawed. I’m thinking of trying a green curry over rice with fresh green beans and canned bamboo shoots. Going to cook a little of the turkey less spicy for the baby, but she’s entered a picky phase so who knows.

I had to work today. I stopped and bought house made beef hot dogs, bacon fat hot dog rolls, potato salad and house made sauerkraut. So that will be dinner. I bought some hibiscus lemonade from them to drink too.
I stopped by here http://www.birchtreebreadcompany.com/
