Loin lamb chops with garlic and chopped fresh rosemary, pan roasted with olive oil, finished with a bit of port, a splash of worcestershire and a dab of butter.
Roasted red potatoes with garlic, onion and parsley, tossed lightly in olive oil.
Brussels sprouts with chopped onion, garlic and parsley, cashews and topped with frizzled onions and a little butter, also roasted.
Should have had some cabernet or pinot noir but settled for iced tea. Too hot tonight and gas in grill went out, had to cook inside at last minute. Bah!
Looks like bad weather comming our way. Going too start cooking up some chicken breast, and hard boiled eggs, for chef salad....in case power goes out.
