Got some gorgeous peaches today, so tomorrow, peach pie. We are expecting the hurricane tomorrow, but only expect a bit of rain and wind.

Baked Spaghetti squash with tomato basil sauce and pan fried walnut balls. Chopped mixed green salad with multi colored grape tomatoes, seedless cucumbers, sliced radishes with cucumber yogurt dressing.

I was feeling like something new and a little different. I found this https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/19...entType=Search. It is a pasta dish with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, feta, onions and garlic.I added kalamatas. It is a keeper!!

Roasted stuffed poblano peppers - with chicken, rice, corn and black beans- smothered in a sour cream ranchero sauce, Mexican style rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, and avocado. Oh, and some stuffed jalapeños, chips, queso and hot sauce for an appetizer!

i cooked up a ham steak and baked beans, cut up ham steak threw it in beans, added onion powder, ketchup and tabassco

Hoooot weather and I have ripe plum tomatoes. So a caprese salad with fresh mozzarella balls and capers. Insects ravaged my basil plant so I marinated the sliced tomatoes and cheese in a pesto, then refrigerated. Man, it's hot but it's still early evening. I'm done eating though unless I can scrounge up a 9 o'clock snack.
