After a disappointing day at work, I picked up chinese food on the way home last night, crispy beef and a side of steamed broccoli, and rice of course. I'll be having leftovers for dinner tonight.

We are having noodles and pork casserole, a new salad ( carrot and apple) and the last of the green beans I got at the farmers market. For the casserole I am opening a jar of our fresh salsa we did over the weekend. I am anxious to see how spicy it is.
