It's going to be warm here today, so I think a big salad for dinner is the ticket, a slice of crusty bread, and I'll spin up some decaf coffee ice cream for dessert.

There’s a new food service, less than a mile from my house. Frozen entrees and casseroles can be ordered ahead and picked up curbside. Yesterday, I picked up 4 casseroles for $40. We had the enchilada one last night and it was good.

I’ve had food services before, where the ingredients arrived and I had to cook them. I like the frozen ready made better.

Thurs night: happy hour and light dinner night We are going to have whatever is in the freezer that can be heated in a hurry: I know we have some chicken balls glazed in sweet and sour sauce and some egg rolls. I will try and find a third something or make a small salad.
