It's been summer here the last few days. So we'll have a picnic.

Fried chicken, potato salad and spiced applesauce cake with walnuts and caramel frosting.

Happy Sunday to everyone. Tonight we are having crab legs, rice and a nice green salad. I bought the legs about 2 weeks ago at our fresh fish market and have been waiting to find the perfect day to fix them: Today is the day. This is our once every month or so splurge as I paid almost as much for them as I pay for an entire weeks meat budget. Well, not quite but seems like it!!!
