Our dishwasher is out of commission and the repair part has been ordered. Trying to keep cooking simple. Tonight will be a steak in the sous vide, a baked potato and some sautéed swiss chard.
Fortunately my dishwasher is working perfectly.
She's also powered by gin.

Happy Sunday to everyone. Tonight we are having crab legs, rice and a nice green salad. I bought the legs about 2 weeks ago at our fresh fish market and have been waiting to find the perfect day to fix them: Today is the day. This is our once every month or so splurge as I paid almost as much for them as I pay for an entire weeks meat budget. Well, not quite but seems like it!!!
