After enjoying the best crab legs we have had since leaving the coast, we are coming back to reality tonight. We are having Mexican dinner left over from our tailgate party last Saturday.
Took out a family pack of chicken breasts last night. Today I'll simmer them in seasoned broth.
Some will go into a cold curried chicken salad with grapes, water chestnuts and almonds and the rest will be thickened with home-style noodles fresh mushrooms and peas, divided into containers and frozen for later.
