Trying something new -- going to grill the harissa rubbed boneless chicken thighs from Trader Joes. I made scalloped potatoes (using up my milk and potatoes) and pan sauteed some red and yellow peppers and maybe add some frozen broccoli (that's all I have). I also have some homemade flour tortillas I would like to use up.

For dessert I have homemade pound cake.

He’s having a Reuben sandwich (helloooo new griddler machine!) and I’m having a Rachel as I don’t care for sauerkraut.

Salad with greens from the garden and carrot sticks.

Margot will have a little corned beef and some green beans and mango.

Leftover KFC bucket of original. Last of the sides of mashed potato and gravy, nuked Mac'nCheese, and Cole Slaw. The last few sips from my drink soda, but now the last from the bottle of water. Skipping dessert tonight.
