Duck breast, we shared 1 cause I wasn't real hungry, spicy cherry chutney, and rice pilaf. It's been a long time since I made rice pilaf and I forgot how much I like it! The cherry chutney was really nice with the duck.
Does anyone find themselves cooking more complicated dishes because they have more time?

Dinner this evening was some whole wheat sourdough focaccia with rosemary, kalamata olives, garlic, red onions, and tomato. Also a bowl of vegan Mediterranean Chili with quinoa, onion, garlic, peppers... hot and mild, tomatoes, carrots, kidney and cannellini beans, cilantro and parsley, and typical chili spices. It was all wonderful and healthy!
A glass or two of Pinot Noir and now time for an old movie!
