I've got a few different leftovers that I should deal with. I guess it's going to be refrigerator roulette tonight.

Mine was grilled swordfish on a bed of sauteed greens from the owner's garden; my boyfriend's entre was grilled salmon and shrimp on a bed of sauteed greens. What a treat! Oh, and the owner always gives diners a complimentary shot of port wine for dessert.

The Spanish restaurant we go to takes every precaution to keep patrons safe, including taking people's temps before they are seated, so we feel safe and comfortable dining there. I only wish we could afford to do it more often.

That restaurant looks like more than good food - it looks like an experience! The next time my husband has business in that part of Indiana, which he does a few times a year; I think I'll tag along and we'll visit.

Tonight we are having an indoor picnic with fried chicken breasts, egg salad, garden salad, and lemon meringue pie.

We have BOGO coupons for Wendy's so we are having that. I want to try their Baconator fries and that new pretzel bun burger.

Menu looks amazing. I don't think the prices are too bad. I come from NY so their menu I would say is middle of the road in regards to how expensive it is. I would say $$ to $$$ in terms of price. I love Paella. I am hungry now.

Oven baked egg rolls and garden vegetable rice. Sweet and sour with mango sauce for dipping. Couple glasses of apple cider.

I had an air-fryer chicken thigh with mashed potatoes/gravy and corn (my kitty Annie got some of the chicken and mashed potatoes so she was a happy camper and that makes ME delighted). Can you say "comfort food"?

Forgot to take a picture, sorry!

I made big meatballs with a fresh tomato and green pepper sauce. Hubby had spaghetti and I didn’t. Trying to keep it low carb, for the most part.

Tried a new pizza place: ham and olive pizza. We'll be sticking to our regular pizza place. Might try their chicken parm tho.
