Just salad for me tonight, as I had way too many calories at lunchtime (a sandwich and tots at a restaurant ). Time to return to lower-carb food. The salad will have plenty of dark greens, red bell pepper, crimini mushrooms, cherry tomatoes from my garden, broccoli florets an celery. Homemade vinaigrette dressing. I have a Webex online meeting with my pinochle club gals scheduled for 7 p.m., so I'll indulge in a glass of cabernet for dessert while I'm talking with them.

Forgot to take a picture, sorry!
How do you like your air fryer? I have heard mixed reviews about them. What brand do you have?

Your dinner really does sound like the definition of comfort food.

Beautiful looking fondue MS!

With our big temp drop recently we decided a hot bowl of soup was in order, so we used some of our Fall veggies in this butternut, beans and greens soup this evening. Served with freshly baked sourdough rye/red wheat and a glass of zinfandel.
