Bachelor Son came over while DH was out watching the ball game with his friend. We ordered out from a local Mexican restaurant. Beef taquitos with guacamole, corn and flour beef and chicken enchiladas, chile rellenos and chicken tamales, rice and refried beans. The kid can eat!
Tonight thick red kidney bean/rajma soup with chapatis/rotis.Served with onion,tomato,cucumber and red radish slices.To drink lassi.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.(grapefruit taste especially good after spicy food)
Tonight we are having pork loin chops, acorn squash in a brandy sauce and cold slow. OK, spoiled brat does not like cold slaw and I am trying to keep it down to a minimum, but sometimes a has to do what a girl has to do.
Grilled hanger steak with grilled shi****o peppers from my pepper plant, and a broccoli and red potato side dish.
LOL, I forgot that it edits the name of the peppers - shish itos.
