Baked mayo and Dijon Panko crusted cod, cororful slaw including red and green cabbage, purple carrots and crunchy sunflower seeds with a lemony dressing.
Grilled sliced maple glazed sweet potatoes.
A bowl of sweet cherries for desert, unsweetened iced tea with lemon to drink.
last night my sister picked up Peruvian chicken, with fried plantains and the worst green beans I can ever remember trying. The chicken & plantains were good, though.
Tonight will be a big Greek salad, crusty bread, and lots of fresh fruit for dessert.
Last night was a baked pasta dish using rigatoni. Basically a "lasagna" without pasta sheets. Made enough for dinner and breakfast with leftovers to freeze.
SO requested homemade rice a roni, grilled pork chops and will endure a bowl of rabbit food. I may band the chops in bacon. Cream dressing with fresh dill for the salad. As hot as it is dill is doing fine.
Vanilla ice cream, some candied walnuts and a movie for desert.
Last night we ended up having Wendy's and we ate very late 9:00 pm. we had an appointment to go to and it ran late. I hate eating that late and then going to bed 1 hour later. tonight will be chicken and cheese quesadillas and I'll season the chicken with a fajita seasoning I made. Served with Sour cream. Might make roasted cauliflower on the side.
