Locally grown watermelon for dessert. There will be a considerable amount of that going on for a while now. . .
We went with Asian flavors last night. Pork sliders and cold noodle salad. The salad will keep me busy for breakfast and/or lunch for a few days. It was nice and spicy! medtran made the slider buns which were great!
Tonight fish curry with cilantro chapatis/rotis.To drink lassi or lemon water. For dessert watermelon and blueberry fruit salad with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Buddah bowl redux, because it was so popular and we probably won't have all the ingredients again.
Smoked shredded pork shoulder over millet. Tossed with Carolina Vinegar BBQ sauce and cilantro pesto (no cheese) for the sauce. Pickled onions, cukes and pepperoncini, fresh spinach and sweet potato. Edit: and green papaya salad tossed in.
