I feel like soup. I'm cooking down a chicken carcass, but that will probably go in the freezer for later use.

My version, I guess, of Shake n Bake pork chops. I thought I had the Shake n Bake box in the pantry but no. I ended up putting my own mixtures to the test. Turned out pretty decent though. Sides: mac'n cheese & cinnamon applesauce. Small glass of moscato and water on the side.
