Dessert: 1 Baby Ruth mini candy bar.

We had a great dinner, but sort of junk food. Pulled pork from Sam’s Club, Sticky Fingers SC barbecue sauce, Kraft mac n cheese, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mrs. Publix cookies and Halloween candy. It was good, though.

The above burger, but I added a slice of Alpine Lace cheese to mine. Organic Tater tots, and Russian Salad.

A sliver of pumpkin cheesecake.

We had a pasta dish for dinner this evening. The gathered members were whole grain rotini, onion, garlic, portobello mushrooms, chili pepper, fresh rosemary, zucchini and some homemade soy curl sausage crumbles. Hemp seed parmesan and fresh cracked pepper to top. A whole lot of flavor! Served with a glass of pinot noir. And for dessert we had fresh baked morning glory muffins with a hot cup of espresso.
Molto bene!
