I decided to actually cook today (instead of getting take-out, which I've done WAY too much lately ) ... made beef curry with potatoes, onions, and spinach ...

Had it over plain white rice with half a slice of store-bought garlic naan. Everything was quite delicious. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

I made lasagna. Was a bit soggy, but it was my first time making it, so I’ve learned what to make better next time. My cheese sauce was not thick enough.

Since we were out yesterday and ate enough only for a quick snack of leftover, decided to do pizza Saturday night. So that's what it was. One of the supermarket 2 for ?. Hubby was paying. I think the supreme we had before was a bit better than tonight's pepperoni. Maybe I can convince him next time to choose DiGiorno?
Also had a small glass of Madria Sangria. Water on the side.

Dessert: couple GS thin mint cookies from the refrigerator.
