I'm having a ribeye I'm cooking in a cast iron skillet, and fried taters. Might fry some corn too. My wife has found Stouffer's meatloaf and mashed potato single helping frozen dinner she is allowed on her gastric diet, and she loves it.
I made some pizza dough in the new old bread machine, and topped it with pepperoni, mushrooms, red onion, black olives, jalapeños, and cheese. Here’s a pic before it went in the oven. It looks like a football! Haha.
Chicken pot pie, salad. Crown black and a movie for desert.
I love the movie for desert. What did you watch?
