My father-in-law is in town this week so tonight we are having lemon piccata chicken with a mushroom risotto; broccoli rabe; toasted garlic/butter bread sticks; and coconut Italian cream cake for dessert. Ginger ale for me and a bottle of Veuve for husband and father-in-law.
