Well IMO the boiling is a pita.

The air fryer does the cooking, then I give the cooked eggs an ice water bath, next peel.

Tonight we had Vegan Pasta Bake, chickpea pasta baked with sauteed mushrooms and kale, in a sauce made from butternut squash, carmelized onion and garlic, nutritional yeast, almond milk, and spices. Topped with garlic breadcrumbs and served with a salad and Pinot Noir vino. An espresso and a bit of dark chocolate for dessert.

Because our ST Patty's day celebration at the club tonight is being cancelled as is almost everything around here, we are having our daughter and her husband, plus her best friend, who is like our 4th daughter and her husband over for appetizers and drinks. I was going to do the corned beef but daughter said that was too much work for me. I am doing wings and am stuffing celery with a blue cheese/cherry filling and they are all bringing something. We will furnish the scotch for the guys and the gals will bring us wine. No green beer I guess.

SO will have to eat the last tenderloin steak. Oranges are fully ripe and sweet. I like them with red onions in mixed green salad. Maybe a bottle of what he calls Chrismast wine.
