I just had to take a break from buying peanut butter--too often I'd just have a spoonful, which adds up.

I replaced it with pickles, which are easier to indulge in without doing too much damage.

I disagree... What is "unhealthy" about bread, meat, vegetables, and dairy [cheese], or make it vegetarian if you like? Those are the four basic food groups, and it's actually a brilliant complete meal, but I know everyone likes to refer to pizza as junk food, for some reason that's always eluded and mystified me. I can think of millions of food items that are less healthy. Maybe because it's fast, if you have it delivered, and relatively cheap, depending where you buy it? Probably a worthy thread topic of its own.

Fish. I can put away a lot of fish. I try to limit to 3 times a week

Just went through 3 weeks of consuming mass quantities of ice cream. Used up a lot of lactaid tablets. Glad the ice cream bug finally left me alone last week.

Binge eating.
Yup I go thru that once in a blue moon.

These are the culprits.
Ruffles chips with horseradish dip.
French vanilla ice cream with peach tarts .
Raisenets.

Hummus with pita bread.

It's so rare though. So when I do have that binge session, I usually get right back to non processed foods.

Mmmm. Cant stop food. Hot chicken wings are right up there. Same with crunchy tacos. I can mess me up some fish n chips too. REAL fish n chips, British style with malted vinegar fried in beef drippings.

BBQ pork spareribs. Oh my! My downfall for dessert is cheesecake.

it gets pukey.

Note that the above are mostly carbs. Things with lots of protein and fat are easier to feel satiated on.

There is also a seasonal component for me. In hot weather I crave more salt, oil, carbs, and fresh produce.
Sushi. I need it at least twice a week.

Fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
Nacho doritos with a tub of sour cream and a good book. I'm good for hours.
Mexican restaurant tortilla chips and fresh salsa.
Peanuts
Baguette with Spinach dip
Pizza
Movie theater popcorn with lots of butter and salt.
This could go on and on, but I'm gaining weight just listing this stuff.
