I love tates Chocolate chip cookies, Can't get enough. They come in a a bag with 2 individual wrapped packages of 7 cookies each. I usually eat one sleeve and husband eats the other. Not sure if tates cookies are sold on the west coast or Midwest but the company is based on LI in the hamptons.
See, now I HAVE to try these, even if it means I have to order them online (don't think I've seen these in grocery stores in Nashville). Dang you!
My worst thing in this category is crackers. You can keep the chips, but I would be able to eat an entire box of Ritz crackers in one night. I like other crackers, too, and I just cannot buy them or I will eat them until they are gone.
If, like me, you enjoy Ritz crackers, try the Ritz Crisp and Thins. Almost like chips and VERY habit forming!
Curious: do you eat every single part of the lobster like my relatives in Nova Scotia do? Like, all the parts lots of us who are "from away" consider totally gross?
My parents, who did not come from ME, ate the nasty-looking green mush known as tomales, or something that sounded like that. My brother and I were totally grossed out by the mere appearance of that stuff.
I'm with Crazy4Chickens....Red Vines.
Can't stop eating those things!
People (myself included) will bring in the round tub of these to work, and I'm all over them.
I finally stopped cold turkey when one of my co-workers spoke up to tell me i may not have any teeth left if i keep up the way i'm going.

Supermarkets in CO sell Tate’s cookies. They taste like homemade because the ingredients are the same as what good homemade cookies contain. Mostly so, anyway. No lists of chem lab preservatives or enhancers or thickeners or HFCS.
They are still too sweet for my tastes, though, as with almost all cookies made by someone else.

Try imported cookies (or biscuits); foreign treats seem to have on average about half the sugar that American have. Tate's is good, but pricey.
I’ll start. Kettle brand rippled sea salt potato chips, good tortilla chips with good salsa (I swear some chiles are addictive), authentic French baguette with butter, dark chocolate-covered espresso beans, fresh ripe berries.
Note that the above are mostly carbs. Things with lots of protein and fat are easier to feel satiated on.
There is also a seasonal component for me. In hot weather I crave more salt, oil, carbs, and fresh produce.
Cheese and crackers, plain potato-chips, any sort of chocolate candy...........yikes!
