I don't use cream very often, but I wanted some for whipped cream for berries. the container I purchased got pushed to the very back of the fridge where it became partially frozen. I've let it 'defrost' in the fridge, but the question remains: Is this stuff still useable? If so, will it whip?
Yes and yes. What you're going to want to do is give that container of cream a really good shake to redistribute the fat particles before whipping it up as usual.
