It was snowing outside, but inside we were having rigatoni with an oyster mushroom-basil sauce, a tossed salad with pomegranate-balsamic vinaigrette, and a whole grain roll. Pinot noir to drink and just maybe some dark chocolate for dessert a little later.

Not inexpensive. But very tasty and filling. This is a 4* dish.

Wife makes chicken broth lentil stew.
I have a 3-4 tablespoons into a large bowl with water to make a soup. Great for cold days and after our afternoon walks.
