I cooked a NY strip steak very rare, then covered it with a spicy homemade red sauce and cooked it another 2 minutes stovetop -- served it over angel hair pasta tossed with sauteed fresh red and yellow peppers -- shaved parmesan on top. Big mixed salad. I ate WAY too much as once I start eating pasta I have a hard time stopping.
