I’m craving baked beans, with smoked sausage, and the last of the corn bread and broccoli cauliflower salad from a few days ago.

Annie Chun pad Thai noodle bowl. I added an ounce of leftover (from frozen) roast chicken plus onions, mushrooms, and fresh spinach plus 1 scrambled egg white.

I realized after I ate that the sauce really doesn't taste much like pad Thai. I still like it, but I think I may want the real thing at some point.

Happy Easter to those who celebrate it! Hope everyone has had a wonderful Sunday.

This was the crawfish Dauphine from last night. It was very good and very rich. The recipe called for a touch of anise liqueur!

Tonight is some boring pork chops on the grill with a barley and vegetable dish I made up.
