Extra thick pork chops, home fries with onions and bits of bacon, steamed cabbage with caraway and the neverending rabbit food. It is gray ald gloomy out there. Cold!
This afternoon, dinner was at La Hacienda Ranch in nearby Colleyville, TX, after work. Once there, I had some chicken nachos w/jalapenos, cheese enchiladas (with real Texas chili, onions, and peppers), rice, refried beans, guacamole, queso, tortilla chips, and Shiner Bock beer.
Apricot, and chickpea tagine with zukes, chermoula over rice.
