I'm in! We have nice hot weather, and I think a grilled pizza is required. Will pick up ingredients today!

Busy day woodworking (between rain--had 3" in last 24 hours--more expected) so dinner will be git-it-dun.
Sauteed mushrooms in tomato sauce on angel hair pasta, side of sauteed spinach and onions.
last night we got take out from Zorns. if you lived on LI you know they are famous for their skinless fried chicken. Got an 8 piece bucket with2 large sides of mac & cheese and Stuffing, got a large coleslaw, some potato pancakes. I got a chicken francaise dinner that came with spaghetti and 2 sides, I got creamed spinach and mashed cauliflower. Sounds like a lot for 2 people but I got extra to have leftovers tonight. My dinner came with 3 chicken breasts, the amount of the sides and spaghetti was too much so I am looking forward to leftovers. Everything is scratch made including their pies.

I stopped in and picked up some more La Hacienda Ranch Mexican food (where I'll be hosting an event Sunday), using a to-go order today due to impending storms. I brought home some chicken flautas, Mexican rice, and refried beans, all topped with sliced onions at my kitchen table.
And in addition, had to grab some Tiff's Treats (chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies) to have my dessert.
