We made grilled octopus, salmon, rice, and grilled veggies tonight. Sorry, only the octopus is pictured. Bought the octopus from Costco, as well as the salmon and veggies. Grilled the octopus after briefly tossing with olive oil and garlic, before putting lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano on it. It was quite tasty.

The brand is Blue Circle. Flavor is Lemon Dill. I found them in my regular supermarket in the frozen seafood section. They were super delish!

Saturday I made a red meat sauce with meatballs and pork ribs, we had it with raviolis. last night was leftovers of the same.
Tonight is chicken cutlets pan fried, might make them parmigiana. not sure what we will have with it. Maybe a veggie.

My husband loves grilled Octopus.
