Had some clouds before the sun broke through again. Opted for NE Clam Chowder with a grilled ham & cheese sandwich. Also, cottage cheese with a black cherry sauce.
It's rainy, windy and threatening today so - Very delicious creamy Spring Vegetable soup with asparagus, white beans, carrots baby spinach and new potatoes, and a tray of macaroni and cheese, with a crispy bubbly top of buttered breadcrumbs.
