We made a large batch of vegan pesto sauce today so it was a no-brainer to have pesto pasta this evening. Served with a couple garden fresh tomatoes dressed with evoo and white wine vinegar, and a glass of Pinot noir.

I love that you aren't afraid to feed the toddler something with a bit of heat and whatever you're eating. I did the same with my kids. As adults they are both willing to try lots of foods, more than me.
