What’s for Dinner

Chicken with lemon, chicken broth, garlic, artichokes hearts and mushrooms served over rice and peas. Carrots on the side. I made this dish up with ingredients I had on hand. It was delicious and we have left overs for lunch.

Last night was roast chicken and a corn & black bean salad, plus I ate bunch of peanut butter right out of the jar.

Tonight is a big Greek salad and some merguez sausage, honeydew for dessert.

Tonight we are going out fro Mexican food, I will likely get something with either pork or fish.

Tonight we will have filet mignon, sautéed zucchini and corn. Should empty out the fridge - we are leaving for a long awaited road trip tomorrow.

I am leaning towards lemon ricotta pasta. I think I will try homemade pasta again. Side of leftover tomato tarte and summer squash casserole.

I think I need to make a batch of marinara for the freezer today, tomatoes are out of control.

tonight is take out. Not sure what yet. Pantry is low so off to the grocery store tomorrow.
