Spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, green peppers, squash, and zucchini. Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrot and cheese. Cheesy garlic bread.
In honor of President's Day I am making lamb stuffed grape leaves with tzatziki for dipping. Serving Bulgarian feta, kalamatas and a salad with them. I picked up some kataifi for dessert.
Hubby made some penne pasta with broccoli rabe and Italian sausage. Sooo good.
