Two thick rib eye steaks
Will season bring to room temp

Place on grill to around 125. Then let set for 15 minutes

I like the rib eyes that have the most “ cap” ( spinalis muscle)
These are closer to the chuck ( to where chuck eye steaks come from )
These are also the steaks that have the internal fat ( think prime rib steaks and a glob of fat in the steak)
So some don’t like these steaks … they like the rib eyes closer to the strip steaks

Probably get a take out from Panda Express, I fell & do not feel like cooking, so Hubby can go pick it up. Or maybe something out of the freezer or a can of soup, not that hungry yet.

Looks awesome, I'd love the recipe. My husband can't eat meat because he has advanced kidney disease so mac & cheese or salads are getting boring!
