What’s for Dinner

Bison and red bean chili, with onions, garlic, zucchini, tomatoes, and the usual seasonings.

Will serve with corn on the cob, tortilla chips, sour cream, and grated cheese.

I'm having a craving for a couple foods I can't get here, so tonight and tomorrow I am making pork hash and gau gee. Not healthy, but oh so good...

It will serve dual purpose, meals for us, and I will take half the ingredients and make them again next week for family when I go visit. I was instructed by my sister that I WILL do this.
