Eating the same thing every day (ingredients, coupons, diet, freezer)

The only reason I do not eat eggs every day, is because I think it is good, from a nutritional POV, to at least change things up a little.

Me too. It's not exciting but the food I eat is very heathy.

I'm 63 years old and find it important to eat well. It's so easy to put on weight if I don't.

There is no reason to eat exactly THE SAME thing every day, day for day - even if that's a big leftovers.
That food could be surely modified and repurposed, and turned into new dishes. All one needs is a bit of imagination and adventurous spirit

Home made clear soup with 1-2 oz of meat, what ever vegetables and various Pho seasonings and dried leaf seasons.

I'm with you there. I eat to live.

After Covid when I lost ability to taste I continued eating the same stuff. Just feeding the machine.

Oatmeal almost every breakfast. Maybe deviate a couple times a month.

I also feed my cat the same food everyday. She is very healthy. We have been brainwashed by the food industry that we have to eat this and that. At the molecular level, as the long the body gets the nutrients it needs, it does not care if I feed it broccoli everyday.
