Marie Callendar (sp?) frozen meal. Mashed potatoes and fried steak. It was VERY good and on sale for only $1.50!!! I wish I would have bought more.

I just noticed this thread turned 1 year old yesterday, my how time goes by. Anyway, I had shrimp and a baked potato for lunch today.

I had a coldcut sub and a coke with a ring ding for desert.....yummy

Quick (1-minute) Polenta with butter and sour cream, and sliced tomatoes on the side. (Two parts water to one part cornmeal, stir constantly on high until it rolls thick. It sticks---use teflon)

I am off of work today....so I shamelessly drank a beer before 1:00 pm. I was celebrating the delivery of my new dining room furniture! My GAWD....it's gorgeous!
