Cooked tomatoes, cornbread cooked in an iron skillet, homemade mashed potatoes, gravy, and fried chicken. Then, for dessert fresh blackberry cobbler. MMMMMMMMmmmmm good Southern cooking.

Lately I have been craving a waffle with chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. I use to have that with my mother when I was younger and it is so delicious. I will seriously have to come up with a low cal version. Maybe I can just have half.
