Parma Ham, Figs ,Walnut Bread, Artisan Butter and aged Manchego Cheese... And maybe some sun-dried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts in Olive Oil, Wild Fungi in Olive Oil, Capers and some preserved Lemons. I am in a Mediterranean mood today for some reason... Could be the dreary grey skies and cold, wind-chilled temperatures ! Add some Lemon Sabayon for dessert and I will be a happy camper !
