I saw your post in the Knoxville forum and am glad your granddaughter is doing well--that was really something.

I read somewhere that it was good to brine chicken prior to putting it on the grill. For the next time.

teardrop, I actually brine my chicken 24 hours on purpose! I bet this might be your favorite chicken yet!

I baked the chicken and it was wonderfull...a little salty, I forgot to rinse the chicken off, INHO the husband addes too much salt he did not need to resalt this meal...lol...thanks for everyone who offered advise...
