Just talked the DW...Looks like she wants plan B...Spanish Rice-a-Roni with a pork chop that I grilled diced up in it. Mostly likely her favorite baby green peas on the side. Fine with me.

Jorge thanks you!!! (I love referring to myself in the third person. I think there is actually a third person right now. Maybe I will make another margarita? Hopefully I will come to by the time American Idol comes on tonight.)

Phew! What a day!

First and foremost thank you sweet Cyn for your lovely posts about me. I am glad you can't see my red face (& no it isn't sunburn).

I would like to thank everyone for my reps and dm's. I will be getting back to all of you personally.

MM & Lacey, congratulations on your stars, keep up the good work.

Lacey thank you, I will email you tomorrow when to check your mailbox.

So after a lovely conversation with Cyn last night, I saw that I had a message from my mil in So. Jersey, my dh also had a message and he started laughing. We are the half way mark from So. Jersey to Disney. Well Hotel Kelsie is hosting dinner and sleeping quarters Sat. night for mil, sil, bil, they will be leaving after breakfast Sun. Received another phone call from D #2, they are leaving So. Jersey for Disney also but on Sun. They will be staying at Hotel Kelsie the following Sat. on their return trip from Disney. Everytime I try to get away-----they pull me back in.

So this morning, I started stripping beds, laundry, etc. h ironing will take a back seat to next week. "Furry child" is knocked out right now, too stressful for her this morning. She sleeps until 11:45 am every day, not today, the A/C guy came to do the yearly service and I locked her in her "house", she was not a happy camper. He was gone an hour when h came home with the painter to get an estimate for my LR, she was on the front porch and wanted to come in to see the company. As he was driving out of the driveway, the Lawn people came to airrate? the lawn (in the middle of a Tornado Watch). She went into her house and stayed there, as h is trying to finish this stone fireplace, so he can get the wheel barrow out of my LR.

Dinner tonight is simple Chicken Parm. & spaghetti. I think we will be eating a lot of spaghetti this week.

Once again thank you my friends. I will be in and out as I can this week.

Have a wonderful evening. kelsie

All this talk of quick and easy pasta in another thread has had it's affect.

Spirals with lean beef, marinara and grated parmesan. Italian green beans, garlic bread, using up Sunday's lettuce and tomato salad! Buon appettito!

Btw: here is how to say "happy eating" in a bunch of different languages.

Translations of Bon appetit in many languages

Junk tacos. I'm throwing cooked ground beef, ranch style beans, tomato sauce into a pot and seasoning with a little seasoned salt. I may throw in some corn. I'm putting it in some tortillas and topping with cheese. MMMMMMMMMMMMM.
