My favorite is made by a local restaurant. The pizza is called The Notorius F.I.G. and is only available late summer/fall -- a thin, sourdough crust with a white garlic sauce, prosciutto and figs, topped with arugula and a splash of olive oil when it comes out of the wood-burning oven. That with a glass of lambrusco and my world is perfect.

Sounds wonderful ! Have you ever tried to make it or find a similar receipe online ? It may not be the same as this restaurant but since it's a seasonal pizza may be worth looking in to.
My favourite is what I make myself (and by make I mean I do the sauce and toppings myself, I save time and effort by using a frozen base as its hard to make a good GF base) - so home made sauce (with lots of garlic in it), bacon, chicken, red onion, avocado and either baby spinach or rocket and just basic pizza cheese. I make garlic oil to put on it after its cooked.
If I have to go frozen, it's Trader Joe's supreme style (they call it something else). It was ranked #1 by Consumer Reports and after trying all kinds, I agree. If fresh, then it's a local place by me. I'm not a pizza-chain hater - Papa Johns is the best of the big 3, but the local place has the best supreme slice I've ever tasted.
½ Canadian Bacon & Pineapple
½ Italian Sausage & Sauerkraut
