Its just a cloudy, rainy day here. I`ve got a big pot of vegetable soup on.

I'm going to cook a Cornish hen with macaroni and cheese and mixed salad.For the Macaroni I'm using Quinoa elbows pasta.

It is going to be a night out of the kitchen for the wife at Chili's. Steak fajita for me and not sure what she will get.

DH went to B&N today instead of tomorrow, because we're invited to a party, so I'm on my own. Probably leftover meatloaf and scalloped 'taters.
