Last night had romaine salad, tuna fish salad on soft whole wheat bun (with DILL pickles in the tuna salad!), and some jalapeno potato chips.

Tonight is shredded wheat chicken, a green vegetable, and rice.

How y'all doing?

I bought a couple of T-bones. Thought we could put them on the grill, and I`ll whip up a salad, and maybe a baked tater!

Congrats to the hubster and you! Good job.

Doing well, thanks, and you?

Tonight's feast will be comfort foods. Home made meatloaf, Scalloped 'taters, steamed green beans, asparagus and fresh cukes. It smells sooooo good! Can't wait! So, in the meantime, it's a CC&water for me.'
Have a wonderful evening, all.
